Terms of Service

1. The service
AEON provides access to mentorship sessions, an AI advisor, learning resources and community features on a timed-access basis (hourly, daily, weekly or monthly plans).
2. Access & expiry
Paid access begins immediately after successful payment and ends automatically at the end of the purchased period. Premium areas lock at expiry; your account and history remain. Renewal or upgrade is always optional.
3. Payments & refunds
Prices are shown before purchase. If a mentor fails to attend a confirmed session you receive an automatic full refund for that session. Other refund requests are reviewed within 7 days of purchase.
4. Mentors
Mentors are independent professionals verified by AEON. Standard sessions are included in access plans; premium mentor rates are displayed before booking. Mentors receive 75% of attributable revenue.
5. Acceptable use
No harassment, no recording without consent, no scraping, no misrepresentation. AEON may suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Liability
Mentorship and AI guidance are provided for informational purposes; decisions remain yours. To the extent permitted by law, AEON's liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 3 months.
